Taking place from 1-10 March, Sydney Design Festival provides design-lovers from around the city with an opportunity to unpack design in all its forms - to understand and explore the processes, functions and narratives within design enterprise and to be inspired by the exhibitions and people involved in creating our futures.
Amongst the line-up this year is HOME.GROWN. // Discovering Australian Design: a three-day celebration of locally created furniture, lighting and home furnishings curated by the AUTHENTIC DESIGN ALLIANCE®.
Taking place at the Mungo Scott Flour Mill in Summer Hill, the inaugural HOME.GROWN.// exhibition will see installations, panel discussions, exhibitions and pop-ups showcased across three halls over two levels from 8-10 March.
On the first floor of the exhibition, Cult’s design brand NAU will showcase favourites from the collection, spotlighting their Australian designers and manufacturers.
Also on display on the ground floor of the former flour mill will be an exhibition showcasing the recent Mercedes-Benz Design Award winner and finalists.
Join us at HOME.GROWN.// to celebrate Australian design, discover makers, meet designers, and learn about the importance of investing in the locally created products destined for where we live, work and play.
