This order, when accepted, shall constitute that final agreement between the parties and contain all the relevant terms and conditions of this agreement.
A warranty period of five years is applicable on chairs, lounges and Fritz Hansen.
A warranty period of one year is applicable on all veneer and laminate products, Bulo products and shelves.
The warranty excludes fair wear and tear and will be applicable to faulty materials or workmanship.
Corporate Culture Australia is providing no warranties for products sold under clearance.
Corporate Culture Australia will not accept any returns of goods purchased from the Clearance Website.
Availability of goods manufactured by Corporate Culture Australia is in accordance with the nominated days listed on our confirmation of order. "Working days" refers to Monday to Friday and public holidays are not considered working days. Delivery dates stated are subject to the availability of materials from outside suppliers. Corporate Culture Australia will not be liable for any claim arising from failure to delivery or for delay in delivery occasioned by unavailability of materials, strikes, accidents or any cause or event beyond the reasonable control of the company.
On receipt of your order, Corporate Culture Australia will require final details of finishes required. We stress that without this information your order may not be processed, effecting final leadtime.
Delivery & Installation
Installation is included on the basis that the site is free of other trades other than those involved in providing services to the furniture. Site must be clear and free from obstruction and unrestricted lift facilities must be available at no charge.
Delivery is included to one metropolitan site.
When a customer request delayed delivery on all or part of any order beyond the delivery date that has been acknowledged, the order will be held free of charge for 48 hours. After that period, the customers will be invoiced for warehousing at a rate not less than 1.5% per month, based upon the invoice value of the material held by Corporate Culture Australia , with a minimum storage charge assessed by the company at its sole discretion. At the same time the customer will be invoiced to 90% for the material held by Corporate Culture Australia and risk will pass to the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, all recommended retail prices quoted include government sales tax at the current rates. Trade prices exclude GST. Where, after the date of this quotation there is an alteration in the law relating to any tax, duty, and excise. Levy, charge or deduction, including but not limited to sales tax, as a result of which the cost of supplying goods or services under the contract is increased, whether directly or indirectly, the consideration payable by the customer under this contract will be increased by the amount of the increase.
Variations in veneer configuration and colour occur naturally and these may be evident in the finished product.
All prices on the website are subject to change without notice. 'Starting From' prices are based on the smallest dimensions and/or most basic model and finish available.

In the event that this agreement shall be cancelled by the client, then a minimum fee of 10% of the contract prices shall be payable upon cancellation, provided that manufacture of the goods has not commenced and that no expenditure or expense has been incurred by us. Where production of the goods has commenced at the time of cancellation then the client shall be liable for the payment of the costs of production or expense up the date of cancellation plus payment of loss of profit and damages suffered by us as a result of such cancellation.
No cancellations will be accepted for clearance items.
All Corporate Culture Australia products are carefully inspected before shipment or collection. Customers should similarly inspect all items at the time of delivery or installation. Claims for damage in delivery must be recorded at time of delivery.
Corporate Culture will not accept claims for:
- Damage resulting from storage by the customer or by Corporate Culture Australia on behalf of the customer.
- Damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse after delivery.
- Textile fade or wear under normal use, if cut by the customers or others.
- Dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of wood, marble and leather because of natural variations over which - Corporate Culture Australia has not control. Corporate Culture Australia only chooses from the top 10% of veneers, marble and leather hides available and then further eliminates a high percentage of such materials during manufacture.
Material irregularities of bubbles in glass since such marks are the evidence of hand crafting.
Corporate Culture Australia Pty Ltd require a 100% payment with all online orders. The product remains the property of Corporate Culture Australia until payment for the goods has been received.
Should this purchase of products be made on behalf of a client, it is understood that the client has read and accepted the terms and conditions of our quotation.

After this the customer will need to make alternative arrangements for storage. Should Corporate Culture Australia be requested to store the goods the customer will be invoiced for storage at a rate of $75/cubic metre/month or part thereof for the total volume of items held.

We have, instead, focused on clearing a selection of products surplus to our normal stock requirements in a variety of materials, colours and finishes suitable for a broad range of applications.
You will notice that some items are in stock "unfinished" and "un-upholstered". These products are in most instances from our joint venture company, Andreu World Pacific. On these products you can select from a limited range of timber stains and you will need to supply us with the specified meterage of fabric at minimum 1370mm width required for upholstering. The majority of our products are manufactured to commercial application standards and are expected to provide years of use without needing replacement.
At CLEARANCE, we list imperfections that are evident to the products that might have occurred through damage or display. Consequently, we cannot provide any warranties against defects or faults, nor can we accept returns. These conditions are reflected in the discounted prices.
To further minimise prices, all goods are sold ex Corporate Culture Australia warehouse at Alexandria and collection is to be made or arranged by the Customer. The real SPECIALS appear on the front page of CLEARANCE and will be replaced with new items when cleared.
