Brad Ascalon’s BA101 Preludia Dining Table is part of the Preludia Series. Every curve and surface is minimalist and intentional and highlights Ascalon’s signature attention to details and deep understanding of proportion and sculptural composition. Every aspect of the Preludia Dining Table design has been carefully thought through together with the cornerstones of Ascalon’s work – longevity and craftsmanship. Ascalon chooses materials, forms and techniques based on a long-term view of how his objects will serve people and adapt to their lives, with solutions that have a more permanent value. With the Preludia Dinning Table he aims to bring people together and make the table a focal point for interaction and collaboration. The Preludia Dinning Table comes in three sizes, with optional chair hangers available for added convenience. The Preludia Series also includes tables in bar heights and stackable chairs to accommodate different interior needs.

Brad Ascalon is an American designer born in 1977. He entered the art and design world at a young age. His grandfather, a sculptor and industrial designer, and his father, a renowned artist, encouraged a passion for design, craftsmanship and materials that would last.

He opened his own design studio in New York in 2006, specializing in furniture for the contract, hospitality, and residential markets and developing lighting, packaging, and other consumer products. Describing his approach as reductive, Ascalon creates uncomplicated, rational designs that balance form, function and concept. His method is both strategic and lyrical. Simple compositions form authentic solutions that fit naturally within their environment, creating perfect ambience and impact.
