The doors have just opened to Sydney’s newest designer hotel concept, and you’re invited to stay.
Positioned exclusively in the heartbeat of Sydney’s Potts Point, III Rooms Sydney is a series of three self-contained luxury apartments managed by Contemporary Hotels. Combining the perfectly imperfect European style apartment into discreet urban living spaces, each of the three spaces in this iconic heritage building have been designed, furnished and curated by a unique brand, and one of which is ours.
Designed to accommodate even the most discerning guest, the Cult apartment is set within an abundance of natural light and exudes personality. Featuring high ceilings, beautiful furniture and original artworks from M Contemporary, guests can stay in the three-bedroomed Cult apartment from $700 per night.
Our sleek and sun-filled living-dining space features an array of iconic european designs from brands including Fritz Hansen, Poltrona Frau, Cappellini, Zanotta, Erik Jørgensen, Montana, Karakter, nanimarquina, Gubi and &Tradition.
Inspired by fashion designer Azzedine Alaia's '3 Rooms Paris' hotel and 'The Apartment by the Line' in New York and Los Angeles, Potts Point locals Chrissi James and Tony Benjamin developed III Rooms Sydney to bring a unique European style of apartment living to Australia.
A moody master bedroom with adjoining bathroom pairs locally designed furniture from our own brand, nau, with iconic European designs and striking artwork to create a sophisticated inner-city sanctuary.
A calming second bedroom with adjoining sunroom combines a pale pastel palette with unique bold designs to create a relaxing retreat with character.
A characterful sunroom leads to a chic european style balcony, offering the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an evening wine and all-day relaxation.
The apartments are situated centrally between a kaleidoscope of life, moments away from a variety of Sydney’s best restaurants, wine bars, boutiques and coffee shops.
