With diverse backgrounds and extensive expertise on design principles, fabric selections, finish options and current trends, our retail team offer a bespoke consultation service that is as individual as you are. We offer in store consultations at our Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane showrooms. Virtual consultations are also available via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or FaceTime. Lisa Barbara
ESG Manager.
Previously an interior designer working across Green Star and Living Building Challenge projects, Lisa brings deep expertise in sustainable materials and responsible design to her role as ESG Manager at Cult. She works closely with brand partners, manufacturers, and the product development team to embed sustainability across the business in areas such as modern slavery, certifications, materials, carbon and recyclability - while also helping clients achieve their own sustainability goals.
Lisa leads the ESG strategy for Cult and Corporate Culture, ensuring the business continues to grow in alignment with its ethos of timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility.

Mathew Fowler

With a degree in interior architecture and 10 years’ experience in the design/furniture industry, Mathew brings a wealth of knowledge to his role of Commercial Sales Consultant. Specialising in workplace and high-end residential segments,
Mathew enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and utilising his in-depth product and industry knowledge to offer the best possible solutions. Mathew has a strong interest in Danish design brands including Fritz Hansen and Karakter.
Samuel Michael
Commercial Sales Consultant, NSW.
With a Bachelor of Design from UNSW and varied industry experience across art direction, graphic design, publishing and architectural sales, Samuel joined the Cult team in early 2021 as Commercial Sales Consultant. Working across education, workplace, hospitality, multi-residential and high-end residential projects,
Samuel enjoys working closely with his clients to exceed expectations across commercial project delivery. He has a particular interest in contemporary design brands including Cappellini and Karakter.
Geza Barkoczy
Showroom Manager, NSW.
Blending a background in publishing, photo licensing, and image editing with a Diploma of Interior Design, Geza Barkoczy brings a multifaceted perspective to the world of interiors. As Showroom Manager at Cult since 2025, he works closely with retail clients to deliver tailored design solutions that balance style and function.
His approach is informed by years of experience in visual storytelling and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship. Drawn to the timeless innovation of brands like Zanotta and Fritz Hansen, Geza is passionate about connecting people with pieces that elevate everyday living.

Joshua Ellis
Cultivated Brand Manager.
Josh has almost two decades of experience in the interior products industry. Having worked across the residential, workplace, hospitality and aged care sectors, he has a large breadth of knowledge that can be an asset to your project. As the manager for Cultivated, a furniture brand that focusses on the longevity and repairability of designer furniture, Josh has developed a keen interest in sustainability. Through this interest, Josh has acquired skills in waste management, localised manufacturing, digital tracking and traceability.
Currently Josh is working on educating the Australian market on the best practice with regards to furniture restoration, repair and recycling.
