We would like to inform you that our warehouse will be closed for stocktake from Monday, 15th July to Friday, 26th July 2024.
During this period, any in-stock orders dispatched from our warehouse will be delayed. Please be aware that these orders will now be dispatched starting from 1st August 2024.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping, Lead-Time, and Delivery Update | Last Updated 21 June 2024
Due to unforeseen global circumstances, some of our trade routes are experiencing delays, resulting in an average extension of lead times of up to 4 weeks.
Rest assured, your sales representative will provide a detailed overview of expected delays when you place your order to ensure you are fully informed. We recognise the importance of timely deliveries and are making every effort to meet expectations.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed with Cult you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a second email confirming your order has been dispatched, including any relevant details for tracking.
Shipping Lead Times
Individual lead times vary from product to product, with estimations provided within each product description. Please contact our team for any specific lead time enquiries.
Delivery Lead Times
For 'In Stock' items delivery will be within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Services – Courier or Post
Standard delivery is applicable to Small, Medium, Large, or Oversized Orders, facilitated through Post or Courier services. The associated costs will be determined by the weight and distance during the checkout process.
For furniture and lighting orders necessitating a courier service, delivery is restricted to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin metro areas. Accessories (post) orders are available nationwide.
Please be aware that standard delivery covers the aforementioned services only. Assembly and/or rubbish removal are not included. It's important to note that a signature may be required upon delivery at the designated address.
Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact delivery time or provide a pre-delivery call.
Your Shipping Address
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
The delivery address must be an address within Australia and can now be a PO Box or Freight Forwarding Location.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Warehouse Collection
Customers can opt to collect orders of furniture items only from our warehouses in NSW or VIC. Once your order has arrived to our warehouse, one of our friendly staff will let you know your items are ready for collection. You will need to provide your order number and name, so ensure you have these on hand.
Please be aware that assembly and/or rubbish removal are not included in the collection service.
