Designed by the Swiss studio Panter & Tourron and presented for the first time in 2022 as a prototype in the sole floor version, in 2023 the Lampada da Appartamento family officially becomes part of the Cappellini collection with both the floor version and the new spectacular wall version.
The structure of the lamps is made of a vertical metal element, matt painted in black colour, and two metal arches in blue metallic finish: the two LED stripes inside the central element reflect the light on the arches, creating a perfect light ring. Characterized by its circular geometrical shape, Lampada da Appartamento is a minimal object with huge dimensions, able to furnish any environment in a very sculptural way.
Swiss duo Panter & Tourron expertly combines design with technology, often adding a societal approach to the mix. Seeking to redefine luxury through research and innovations, the multidisciplinary studio has collaborated with the likes of New Works, Airbnb, Hermès and Ruinart. In 2019, the design and architecture publication Dezeen awarded the duo’s Tense collection as the furniture of the year – Tense was an investigation into global mobility and its possibilities in design.
