The Cloud bookshelf by Ronan & Bouroullec, with hollow compartments, is an extravagant furnishing element with a pop flair and an absolutely unforgettable design. Made with rotational moulding technology, in white polyethylene, Cloud is a two-sided bookshelf that adds lightness to any ambiance, forming a configuration that can be personalised by the buyer: the modules can be interconnected as desired, using a retracting joint, to create a beehive structure.

Ronan et Erwan Bouroullec were born in Quimper, France respectively in 1971 and 1976. As soon as Ronan graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs, he began working alone, progressively assisted by Erwan, still a student at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts of Cergy Pontoise. Their collaboration is a constant dialogue, nourished by their single identities and strived towards a common goal. They met Giulio Cappellini in 1997, while showing the Disintegrated Kitchen at the Salon du Meuble in Paris. This was the starting point of a regular cooperation that gave birth to various projects.
