The Pira is a contemporary reinterpretation of Olle Pira’s 1954 design classic, blending vintage brilliance with modern innovation. Originally crafted by the renowned master cabinet-maker Olle Pira, known for his traditional skills and groundbreaking achievements, the Pira reflects a fusion of historical craftsmanship and today’s advanced technology. Designed by architect Anna von Schewen and industrial designer Björn Dahlström, this updated version is both an elegant and robust metallic masterpiece.
The modular structure is engineered to be jointless and seamless, creating a unified piece that stands as a centerpiece in any space. The Pira combines technical sophistication with a calming aesthetic, balancing its industrial strength with a touch of warmth and refinement.
