Hand-woven in India, the opulent velvet like expression of The Moor collection now expands to include cotton fringing – bestowing the collection with a profoundly tactile quality. Crafted from a blend of New Zealand wool, the collection seeks to ground a room and provide a feeling of closeness to every space it occupies.

Production Process

The rug is handloom-woven to produce a dense, soft and highly exclusive velvet-like expression. This texture is further enhanced by the discrete sheen in the material which is achieved by spinning a small amount of viscose into the woollen fibres. Cotton fibres are used to bind the weave at the end of the process to create fringing.

All The Way To Paris (ATWTP) started as a graphic design duo in 2004 and has since evolved into an award-winning group of global talents with a passion for pushing the creative envelope and going beyond the boundaries of the expected to explore a broad spectrum of projects within visual communications. From graphic identities, digital designs, illustrations, art and museum catalogues, exhibition graphics and books to rugs, fabrics, intriguing design objects and interiors.

For founding partners Tanja Vibe and Petra Olsson Gendt, their raison d’être stems from a Scandinavian no-nonsense approach to design, where they continuously seek to eliminate the unnecessary.
