The Inventory Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory operations, optimising stock efficiency, and maintaining accuracy across all our locations, based out of our Padstow warehouse in Sydney.

This newly expanded role combines leadership of Cult’s purchasing function with hands-on responsibility for inventory accuracy, stock optimisation and supply continuity across all regions.The Purchasing & Inventory Controller will oversee end‑to‑end purchasing, lead and mentor a remote purchasing team of 2, and ensure inventory operations run efficiently and accurately.

The role offers significant cross-functional collaboration across sales, logistics, marketing, product development and production, and aims to drive best practice and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
