Back To Emotions. The New 2020 Collection From Zanotta.

Through their 2020 collection, Zanotta aim to create furniture to stage beautiful moments in life. The six new furniture pieces are designed to bring back the essence of the object, promoting the relationship between objects and the people who live with them.

Nena
by Lanzavecchia + Wai.

Cosy and tactile, Nena is a small armchair with a strong character, made for the home and public spaces. The story of Nena is that of a dynamic and iconic armchair, recognisable by the contrast between the minimal structure and the comfortable and generous seat size. With a removable cover in leather or fabric, Nena is an object born from an investigation into comfort, embodying characteristics of balance, softness and strength.

Ricordi
by Spalvieri + Del Ciotto.

A bed with a simple structure and impeccable details, Recordi describes the intimacy of life. The matte black feet fit softly into the natural or black-stained ash of the vertical uprights, and the padded headboard gives comfort when reading. Combining comfort with a strong aesthetic statement, the design of the headboard is inspired by sheets hung up to dry in the wind. The result is a soft, billowy headboard which can be covered in leather or fabric.

Tucano
by Monica Forster.

A timeless classic with a contemporary edge, Tucano is a discreet, elegant and sculptural desk crafted from metal and leather. The matte black tubular steel structure draws a continuous profile and creates support for the thin top, made with a single piece of leather that rests on the structure, leaving only some parts uncovered. Leather has been utilised for its ability to age and patina, telling a characteristic ‘history’ of the object and its user.

Rider
by Roberto + Ludovica Palomba.

Rider is the search for a new archetype, engaging the senses in a perfect balance between craftsmanship and technology: the scent of leather, the softness of the textiles and the comfort of the materials. A small movement of the foot generates a tilting action, creating an emotional connection to the object. Rider is an elegant, expansive furnishing accessory for luxurious comfort.

Dan
by Patrick Norguet.

Dan is an evolving chair design based on a robust frame which can support two types of seat, depending on taste or application. A single architecture to implement different chair designs and imagine different life scenarios, from homes and offices, to cafes to restaurants. One option consists of a seat and backrest formed of coloured elastic straps, while the second is an elegant solution that features an upholstered seat and back covered in high quality cowhide.

Dove
by Roberto + Ludovica Palomba.

Dove is a sofa with a minimalist design which perfectly expresses the idea of comfort with its warm, welcoming aesthetic. The seats three layer construction - made of polyurethane foam, memory foam and Dacron - assures excellent comfort and an ergonomic shape. The borders of the cushions are highlighted with double stitching which accentuates the softness of their padding. The frame, partially integrated into the upholstery, is designed to make the sofa seem to float in the air. The arms are angled to support the neck and back, inviting the user to stretch out and relax in total comfort.
