Providing a little more clarity during times of uncertainty with live updates on Cult showrooms, deliveries, operations and safety measures. 

Current showroom status: 

Our showrooms continue to be open at normal trading hours. We remain dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of our team and customers alike, and we have put additional measures in place to ensure this across our organisation. Sanitizer is available at front desks, and we ask that all showroom visitors use it upon entering and adhere to social distancing guidelines when in store. We understand that you may be unable to make it to our showroom, so we are offering virtual showroom consultations with our retail teams.

What are virtual consultations and how do I book one?

We want to ensure that even without a showroom visit, you can still access the necessary product information needed to make an informed decision on the next order for your home or project. Our experienced team of consultants are available via Zoom or FaceTime for tailored one-on-one virtual consultations, and are equipped with product imagery, presentations, data sheets and advice.

Are your trade teams available as usual to place orders and for enquiries?

Absolutely! We have reduced our on-site staff in Cult showrooms and offices, with the rest of the team working from home. Our trade teams continue to be available via phone, email and virtual consultation from Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm.

How can I ensure I receive updates from Cult, including your showroom opening status?

We want to ensure you stay up to date with Cult news and updates during this time of uncertainty. Be sure to check in on this page for updates, subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on social media.

Are there any effects to delivery of current orders?

Our delivery partners are fully operational, and will work with you to ensure your safety and the safety of our installers throughout the process. If your order is due to arrive, our logistics team will be in touch to schedule this with you. Likewise, if your order has been delayed for any reason, including the international effects from COVID-19, we will contact you. Our team is here to help, so if you do have any questions about your order, please get in touch with your sales consultant, or contact us here.  

Are there any effects to product lead-times for future orders?

Our international brand partners are working in-line with government advice and regulations to ensure that the safety of partners, employees, and customers is prioritized, whilst ensuring that there are minimal disruptions to manufacturing, production and lead-times. With global current status’ changing daily, we’ve compiled a brand-by-brand overview of lead-times, which we continue to update as announcements are made. Standard lead times for products are noted on individual product pages.
